3.9 Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description The Manager, Talent Acquisition will strategically partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of Recruiters who support the West Business Unit of Red
Distribution Company (RBDC). While maintaining a focus on the development of the team, this individual will work with leadership to ensure we are providing a premium and proactive talent acquisition process. This is a hybrid opportunity that can work out of any market within this region that with an RBDC facility. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP In partnership with the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will help to develop and deliver the recruiting strategy for RBDC Ensure team scalability with succession and development planning Drive a culture of accountability with clear performance expectations Ensure the team is adequately staffed to support business needs Execute and introduce projects associated to talent attraction and experience within the markets LEAD AND MENTOR BY EXAMPLE Recruit, onboard, coach, and curate the talent within the TA team Take on and solve troublesome searches to completion Advise and guide clients on TA best practices with relentless focus on extraordinary talent Lead hiring projects when RBDC expands into new markets STRONG CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders to identify opportunities to better support RBDC field clients Collaborate with clients and HRBPs to proactively identify future talent needs and build talent pipelines Drive transparency in the TA process by ensuring a regular cadence of client updates and reporting Deliver quarterly reports, regular updates, and dashboards on TA performance to business owners MAINTAIN EFFECIENT AND COMPLIANT PROCESS Identify and act on opportunities to streamline talent acquisition processes and tools Adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle Proactively utilize diversity talent acquisition strategies Provide business, system, and process training as needed EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
High volume, full-cycle recruitment experience Time spent leading a team of Recruiters Track record of simultaneously managing several complex projects Deep understanding of current recruitment best practices and compliance Polished communication and presentation skills Ability to influence and drive change Solid analytical skills, with a keen eye for metrics, data and reporting Experience executing talent strategies with a focus on creating diverse candidate slates Both agency and internal recruiting experience preferred Travel 20-30% Permanent Benefits eligible JOIN THE TEAMEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
